HEYDAY Sun Prairie

Visit the project website at www.heydaysp.com. Heyday Sun Prairie is located on a 41-acre site in Sun Prairie WI, 25 minutes northeast of downtown Madison. At completion the project will deliver 170 attached single-family homes, and 12 home sites for traditional detached single-family to be built by third-party home builders, as well as a new 5-acre public park. The project broke ground in August 2022 and is scheduled to be completed by April 2024.
