At Heyday, Jennifer owns finance, accounting, tax, treasury, investor reporting, insurance, and contract review, and increasingly the operational infrastructure and organizational design that support a growing portfolio.

A CPA, Jennifer spent 12 years in public accounting at Lipschultz, Levin & Gray across tax, audit, and consulting, the last four as a partner. She then spent eight years as CFO of a real estate developer and general contractor, where she built the accounting team, the processes, and the internal controls from the ground up. Across her career she has closed over $1B in financing and negotiated $600M in joint venture agreements.

Jennifer works through relationships. She stays close to lenders, capital partners, consultants, and her own team, and that proximity is how she sees a need coming and has an answer ready before anyone asks for one.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bradley University and completed graduate coursework at Northern Illinois University.
