CR Devco LLC brought a concept before the Oak Creek Planning Commission on Oct. 26 for properties at 1933 and 2231 W. Puetz Road, 8834R S. 13th St. and 8950 S. 20th St. The lots have varied zoning, including single-family, two-family, highway business, neighborhood overlay and more.
